- Our authorized e-commerce service provider for processing payments for your registration
- The event’s Organizing Committee (disclosing only your name, job title, organization, and location)
- Other event participants (sharing only your name, job title, organization, and location)
- Event exhibitors (sharing your name, job title, organization, location, email, and phone number. They will seek your explicit permission separately if they intend to use your data for direct marketing)
Timeframe for Personal Information Retention
We will retain your personal data for up to 6 years following the event’s completion, mainly for CPD accreditation.

Information on Fully Sponsored Delegate Positions
Sponsored delegate spots are provided without charge to the individual or their organization, valued at £395.00+VAT if sold commercially. Knowlex reserves the right to allocate these positions. Online registration is considered an application and is subject to approval.
If you cannot attend the event after confirming your attendance, we require notice at least 7 days before the event starts. You may nominate a colleague of comparable position to take your place, subject to the organizer’s approval and the nominee’s agreement to these terms. Failure to attend without prior cancellation or delegation will result in a £100.00+VAT fee charged to you or your organization.
This fee may be excused in special circumstances if communicated before the conference concludes, at the organizer’s discretion. Waivers are not granted after the event. The fee helps cover the costs of pre-ordered catering and staffing for the event.
Discounted positions are reserved for those employed in the healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics, CCGs, etc.) and are not available to private sector industry entities. All tickets are sold as final and are non-refundable. For more details, clarifications, or to apply, please get in touch with our Delegate Team.
